East of Ed’s Cantina an existing parking lot was reconfigured to incorporate a two story building encompassing seven retail units with Riverwalk access on the ground floor and office/residential on the upper floor. The development of these two projects helped revitalize and connect the Estes Park Riverwalk through downtown’s east end.
