Thanks to BAS1S we have realized our dream and have created a successful brewery and taproom.
We were referred to Steve Lane when we started working on restoring a 1922 grain elevator to be used as our brewery and taproom. Steve was very knowledgeable in the various code requirements and genuinely cared about our project. We described our vision and he helped us turn it into a reality. He was always available to help us in our time of need and produced requests in a timely manner. Steve referred us to his wife, Amy, when he heard we were looking for assistance in designing a website. We met with Amy, shared our story and our business concept, before long she had captured a visual representation of our business. We worked with Steve Lane over several years as we planned our retirement home in Colorado. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional in a very relaxed way. The project was all about us, our needs and ideas and not him. He offered many ideas and solutions to achieve our goals for our home. His knowledge of materials and attention to details was always appreciated. By visiting our building site he was able to really know the building situation/site/etc. He also had experience working with our builder, which made that a great team to get the project completed even ahead of schedule. One huge objective was a house plan that would capture our lot’s amazing mountain views. We could not be more pleased with our home and are enjoying the views to the max!

We used Basis Architecture to design our retirement home. Steve Lane and his staff did a magnificent job of translating our dreams into a ~5000 sq. ft., 3 bedroom home. Basis hosted weekly meeting where we jointly arrived at the final floor plan. Basis then created the home around our hopes and dreams. The home is solid structurally and mechanically while visually fascinating and appropriate to the property. We can’t wait for the construction to be completed so we can begin our life in this incredible dwelling.
